THE war on corruption in county governments has intensified, with senators
now demanding access to automated financial records from the National Treasury.
The move comes amid a surge in graft allegations in the devolved units, with
several governors under investigation by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption
Commission and others already battling court cases.
