The new manuals replace the first-generation versions that had been in use for over 35 years.
During the drive, he reiterated the government's commitment to fulfil the 2022 campaign promises.
Ruto was accompanied by Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja among other leaders.
The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between Kenya and China in the areas of culture, heritage and tourism.
The conference was held at the Embu University grounds.
