Smooth Operator
This cocktail opens the evening with grace, much like Kenny G easing into his first notes. Crafted with Tanqueray No. Ten, it blends peach purée, elderflower liqueur, and fresh lemon juice, finished with a sparkling wine top-up.
The result is crisp yet velvety—a drink that mirrors the effortless sophistication of jazz.
Midnight Serenade
If "Smooth Operator" sets the tone, "Midnight Serenade" deepens it. Using Tanqueray Royale as its base, this serve weaves in crème de cassis, blackberry syrup, fresh lemon, and aqua faba foam for a rich, layered profile.
