A FIRST-TERM MEMBER of Parliament reportedly left his colleagues and onlookers stunned after he purportedly trailed a governor to the washrooms during a committee session. The lawmaker, reportedly desperate to secure a job for his recently graduated son, had been unable to reach the county boss, who was rumoured to have been avoiding his calls. Seizing what was described as a rare opportunity, the MP followed the governor to make his plea in person — a move that reportedly left fellow lawmakers baffled, especially since the governor had only stepped out briefly after seeking permission to relieve himself.
