President William Ruto has condoled with the family of Dr J. Roy Stover from Eldama Ravine, following his death.
In a statement on Sunday, the President described Stover as someone who changed many lives.
He said Stover had a remarkable stint as a teacher, pastor and community leader in Eldama Ravine.
Ruto added that even in death, his legacy will forever live.
“Our heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and the Eldama Ravine community for the passing of Dr J. Roy Stover. Dr Stover will be remembered for his remarkable service as a teacher, pastor and community leader.
“He touched many lives through his teachings and transformative initiatives that supported the vulnerable. His legacy will live on. Rest In Peace, Dr Stover,” he said.
Ruto prayed for God’s comfort to friends and family, even as they came to terms with his death.
