This week began with activities ranging from political to social events.
The week saw President William Ruto attend the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) General Debate at the UN headquarters in New York.
During the summit, the President held sideline meetings with Global and African leaders.
This is even as former President Uhuru Kenyatta chaired the Jubilee Party National Delegates Conference (NDC).
As this happened, a group of elderly women staged protests claiming there have been prolonged delays and a missing court file in a long-running land dispute in Nairobi’s South C area.
The group of elderly women gathered outside the court precincts, shouting and chanting in frustration.
Here are some of the photos that caught Kenyans' eyes.

The women who could be seen with visible anguish, many with hands raised in gestures of anger and despair, called on Chief Justice Martha Koome to intervene.
