The game was scheduled for last weekend but was postponed following the suspension of football activities in honour of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
FKF scheduled the game for Saturday, but it has been moved to tomorrow owing to the unavailability of Gusii Stadium. The facility will host the Kenya Defense Forces (KDF) recruitment.
Gucha Stars coach Sammy Okoth said his charges are ready to face Vihiga United.
"We want to start our campaign on a winning note. The boys are mentally and physically prepared for the tough task ahead," said Okoth.
Other debutants, Soy United, will face a baptism of fire against experienced Kisumu All Stars at Moi Stadium in Kisumu on Sunday.
Separately, log leaders Migori Youth will hope to continue with their impressive start to the season when they travel to Machakos for a date with Mully Children's Family (MCF) at MCF Complex in Ndalani.
Unbeaten and second-placed Mombasa United will be in Embu for a date with 3K FC, while third-placed Naivas FC will host Mwatate United at KIHBT grounds in Ngong.
The Michael Olunga Foundation Academy (MOFA) will seek to bounce back to winning ways when it hosts Darajani Gogo at Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay.
Equity Bank welcomes Fortune Sacco at Vapor grounds in Ngong in another encounter scheduled for Saturday.
On Sunday, Nairobi City Stars, under the tutelage of coach Salim Babu, will invite Kibera Black Stars at Vapor Grounds, with Nzoia Sugar hosting battling Talanta in a battle of former FKF Premier League sides.
