A VOCAL MP has come under scrutiny after allegedly being linked to the controversial disappearance of Sh7 million from a Sh30 million sum given to a regional delegation during a meeting in Nairobi. The MP is alleged to have been a key architect and executor of the scheme, reportedly orchestrating the diversion of one of the cash-filled sacks. Sources close to the legislator claim he has shown no remorse over the missing funds. The man is said to claim the Sh7 million was separate payment for a political task he recently carried out on behalf of a powerful ally.
