The event focuses on youth empowerment through AI and digital skills, with highlights including a conference, exhibitions, career talks, and interactive youth events.
Representatives from the Ministries of Education and Labour and Social Protection will grace the event.
Other delegates include senior government officials from across Africa as well as officials from United Nations agencies and international development partners.
They will exchange ideas and best practices for expanding the pool of skilled youth on the continent.

The Global Wetland Outlook is the flagship report of the Convention on Wetlands, developed by its Scientific and Technical Review Panel (STRP).
The 2025 edition presents the latest global data on the extent and condition of wetlands, evaluates their economic and societal value, quantifies the costs of ongoing loss and degradation, and outlines policy-relevant pathways for conservation, restoration, and financing.

Air quality experts from Africa will convene in Nairobi for the Clear Air Forum at the Safari Park Hotel.
Over 250 participants representing national and local governments, academic institutions, startups, funding organisations, development partners, and grassroots groups from across Africa are expected to attend.
Organised by AirQo, a pan-African air quality research initiative at Makerere University, and hosted in collaboration with Nairobi City County Government, WRI Africa, and the Health Effects Institute, the Forum builds on the success of previous editions held in Kampala (2023) and Lagos (2024).
Participants can expect engaging policy dialogues that focus on advancing evidence-informed regulations across African cities.
The forum will also showcase emerging technologies, including low-cost air quality sensors and the use of artificial intelligence for pollution forecasting tools that are transforming how cities monitor and respond to air quality challenges.
