

Kindiki affirmed the government’s commitment to key programmes aimed at revitalising the economy.
These include the Affordable Housing Programme, overseas job opportunities, the Climate WorX Initiative, ICT Hubs and professional employment opportunities such as teaching, police service and community health promotion.
He assured Kajiado residents that the government had kept its promise on the recarpeting of the Ngong-Suswa road, a project expected to ease transportation and boost trade through the Naivasha corridor.

The Deputy President urged locals to continue enrolling with the Social Health Authority (SHA), revealing that so far 500,000 out of 1.1 million Kajiado residents have registered.

On the Last Mile electricity connectivity programme, Kindiki announced an allocation of Sh700 million for Kajiado county, targeting 4,000 new household connections.
Kajiado West Constituency will specifically receive Ksh 125 million for the project.
