The Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA) and the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) have announced fresh recruitment drives, inviting qualified Kenyans to apply for a range of positions.
UFAA is seeking to fill three senior management positions on five-year contracts that are renewable once, while ORPP is recruiting for the position of driver on pensionable terms of service.
In a public notice, UFAA said it is recruiting under the provisions of Section 42 of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Act No. 40 of 2011.
The authority, a State corporation established under the National Treasury, said it is looking for "competent, results-oriented, knowledgeable, visionary, and experienced professionals" to strengthen its leadership team.
The available positions are General Manager, Claims and Stakeholder Relations, General Manager, Compliance, Research, Policy and Strategy, and General Manager, Fund Management and Finance.
UFAA said its core mandate is to receive, safeguard and reunite unclaimed financial assets with their rightful owners.
Interested applicants have been directed to visit the authority's careers page on its website, where they will be required to create an account using a valid email address before completing their profiles and submitting their applications.
The authority said all applications must be submitted in PDF format by 5 pm on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, East Africa Time.
"UFAA is an equal opportunity employer," the notice states, adding that "Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification."
Meanwhile, ORPP has advertised one vacancy for the position of driver.
The independent State office, established under the Political Parties Act, said it is seeking "a competent, capable, ambitious, self-motivated and dynamic individual" to support the implementation of its mandate.
ORPP said its core responsibilities include registering and regulating political parties as well as administering the Political Parties Fund.
The office said successful candidates will be required to comply with Chapter Six of the Constitution by presenting several clearance documents before appointment.
These include a valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, a Higher Education Loans Board clearance certificate, a Kenya Revenue Authority tax compliance certificate, a duly filled and stamped self-declaration or clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, and a clearance certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau.
Interested candidates have been advised to visit the ORPP website to review the detailed role profile, qualifications and experience requirements before submitting applications through the recruitment portal.
The deadline for applications is July 22, 2026.
ORPP warned applicants against presenting forged documents or false information during the recruitment process, saying it is "a criminal offence to present fake certificates, forged documents, or any false information during the recruitment process."
The office also stressed that it "does not charge a fee at any stage of its selection process, including application, interviews and processing of offer letter" while reiterating that canvassing in any form will result in automatic disqualification.
