Albert Ojwang, 31, was a blogger.
He was arrested at their home in Homa Bay on June 7.
Following his arrest, he was booked at Mawego station, then transferred to DCI HQ, Nairobi.
He allegedly banged his head against a wall.
Ojwang died in police custody, and an autopsy is set for today,y June 9, 2025.
